THE FOLLOWING EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE.

We accept exchanges and returns on all our products!

How do I do it?

First of all, the pieces you want to return must meet the following requirements:
• The piece must be in perfect condition and show no signs of having been used.
• It must have the brand's labels, as well as the sanitary protection seals.
• It must be returned as you received it. 

What should I do if I want to change the size or color?

Just let us know by email info@bonitaswimwear.com and provide as much information as possible. We will not accept an exchange or return for garments that have not been properly cared for. 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or model?

You will only have to pay for the return shipping. It is best to contact us via email info@bonita-swimwear.com in order to provide you with a more personalized attention.  

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will only be credited to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund.

Our returns

Returns will be made through a discount coupon applicable in our online store and will be valid for one year from the confirmation of the return.

The return applies only for the value of the piece or pieces, does not include shipping costs.

The shipping costs of any return or exchange will be absorbed by the customer and are their responsibility because we suggest you choose the safest and most traceable shipping method.

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to make any change or return and the product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received (Box and packaging) and must include the original receipt.
