Time required to process orders

Orders placed after noon PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Friday's PST will ship on Monday.

 

Possible delays

We do everything in our power to ensure that orders arrive on time. If you select the free 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or international shipping options, please note that carriers only give us approximate delivery dates. Although very rare, packages may arrive on a different date than the estimate.

 

Charges and taxes 

To provide our customers in Mexico with the best possible experience, we include customs duties and taxes in the total purchase at the time of payment. No payment of additional fees is required in the delivery of the package. At this time, customs duties and taxes are not refundable upon return.
